Welcome to Havven, the digital sanctuary for the kink, alternative, and LGBTQ+ communities. Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for authentic connection, expression, and commerce. We believe in open, shame-free exploration of sexuality and identity, but we are uncompromising in our commitment to user safety.

These guidelines outline what is and is not permitted on our platform. Adherence is non-negotiable.

 

Core Principles

 

• Consent is the Foundation: All content and interactions must be explicitly consensual.

• Safety by Design: Our platform is engineered to protect you. We expect all members to contribute to that safety.

• Legality First: We operate in strict adherence to the law. Nothing illegal will ever be tolerated.

• Ownership & Integrity: Your content is your own. We have a zero-tolerance policy for impersonation, fraud, or copyright violations.

 

Prohibited Content & Conduct

 

The following content and activities are strictly forbidden on Havven:

• Non-Consensual Content: This includes "revenge porn," secretly recorded intimate videos, and deepfakes. The sharing of any private, intimate images without the explicit consent of all depicted parties is a direct violation of our policy and the law.

• Violence & Gore: Content that depicts or glorifies extreme violence, torture, or gratuitous graphic injury to humans or animals is strictly prohibited.

• Self-Harm: We do not allow content that encourages or depicts self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.

• Bestiality & Incest: Any portrayal or implication of sexual activity with animals or between family members is strictly forbidden.

• Bodily Waste: Content featuring scat (feces) or other bodily waste is not permitted. This includes imagery that is meant to disgust or offend.

 

Bullying & Harassment

 

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of bullying or harassment. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Doxxing and Outing: You may not publish or threaten to publish another member's private personal information without their explicit consent. We also explicitly prohibit "outing," which is the non-consensual disclosure of a person's sexual orientation or gender identity to others.

• Targeted Harassment: It is a violation to engage in targeted, repeated, and malicious behavior toward another member. This includes sending threatening messages, creating harassing content, or encouraging others to harass a member or their community.

• Deadnaming and Misgendering: We strictly prohibit the intentional use of a transgender person's given name from before their transition ("deadnaming") or the use of incorrect pronouns ("misgendering").

• Hate Speech & Discrimination: We do not allow content that uses intentionally derogatory and offensive language to dehumanize or encourage violence against anyone based on their identity. Our moderation team is specifically trained to recognize and act on anti-LGBTQ+ rhetoric that mainstream platforms often fail to properly moderate.

• Threats of Violence: Both direct and indirect threats of violence, whether physical, sexual, or otherwise, are strictly prohibited. Any credible threat will be immediately reported to law enforcement.

 

Politics

 

• No Public Political Discussions: To maintain a safe and non-confrontational environment, we do not allow public political discussions or references to politics on your public profile, posts, or feeds.

• Designated Political Groups: If you would like to discuss politics, you are welcome to create a private group or chat room. However, it must be clearly labeled as such in the title and description, so users are fully aware of the group's purpose before they join.

 

Zero-Tolerance Policy: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

 

Havven has a zero-tolerance policy for any content related to child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

• No Exceptions: Any depiction of sexual abuse, exploitation, or sexualization of a minor—regardless of context, medium, or intent—is absolutely and unconditionally forbidden. This includes AI-generated imagery and fictional representations.

• Immediate Reporting: We will immediately report all identified instances of CSAM to law enforcement agencies, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

• Data Preservation: We will preserve all available data, including your IP address, to assist authorities in their investigation and prosecution of the perpetrator.

There is no room for negotiation or appeals on this matter. Any account found in violation will be immediately and permanently banned, and the user will be reported to the relevant authorities.

 

Reporting & Bans

 

1. The Reporting Process

• You have the option of a one-click report or providing a detailed explanation with screenshots for multiple violations.

• When reporting content (post, image, video, comment), the content will be automatically removed from the platform until it has been reviewed by our human moderation team.

• Both the reporter and the reported user will receive notifications regarding the status of the investigation. The identity of the reporter will remain confidential.

2. The Moderation Team and Process

• All reports are handled by an in-house moderation team trained in kink and cultural sensitivity.

• All reports will be reviewed and resolved within 72 hours. If content is deemed acceptable, it will be reinstated. If it is a violation, it will remain removed and an enforcement action will be taken.

3. Enforcement Actions & Appeals

• First Violation: A first violation, depending on its severity, will result in a warning.

• Multi-Strike Policy: We use a multi-strike policy for non-egregious violations. A second warning will result in a ban.

• Appeals: For non-egregious violations, you may appeal a moderation decision, which will be reviewed within 72 hours.

• Immediate, Permanent Ban: The following violations will result in an immediate and permanent ban without a prior warning:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

  • Illegal Content

  • Bullying, Harassment, and Doxxing

  • Threats of Violence

  • Hate speech, Bigotry, racism, and Ageism

  • Non-consensual sexual acts, including sexual violence or exploitation

  • Impersonation for malicious purposes

  • Grooming

  • The promotion of human trafficking

4. Legality

• If your content or actions are found to be illegal, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement and provide all relevant information, including your IP address, as required by law.
